Warranty Information
Five Year Limited Warranty
BHK offers a five year limited wear, stain and joint integrity warranty
on its moderna Toledo Cork Flooring to the original
purchaser only. This warranty covers only the approved product applications
as recommended by BHK for its cork flooring product line. BHK warrants
its cork flooring for a period of five years provided the flooring has
been installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided
in each carton. BHK warrants its Toledo Cork Flooring in its original
manufactured state to be free from manufacturing defects. This warranty
applies to moderna Toledo Cork Flooring only.
This five year limited warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- Flooring must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer's
installation and maintenance instructions, using BHK accessories. For
routine cleaning, all you need to do is dust mop or vacuum. For regular
cleaning, use the BHK Laminate Floor Cleaner and Mop Kit. Spray BHK
Laminate Floor Cleaner onto flat mop head or lightly spray the floor.
Mop floor clean.
- Flooring is intended for indoor use only.
- Flooring is not suitable for installation in areas of high humidity
such as sauna and baths.
- No warranty shall apply for problems due to moisture, mildew, alkaline
substances or hydrostatic pressure.
- Surface wear* must be readily visible and is not the result of accidents
or abusive conditions such as, but not limited to, damage caused by
severe impact, scratching, cutting or improper maintenance.
- No warranty shall apply for variations in color, grain pattern and/or
texture normally appearing in original materials and are not defects.
- Alterations or repairs will void any and all express and implied warranties.
No warranty is provided to cover repairs. BHK is under no obligation
to reinstall or replace warranted planks.
- No obligation to replace or repair shall be extended to any subfloor
materials, adhesives, supplies or other materials used during removal,
installation or refinishing.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the floor
and is not transferrable.
*Surface wear must be readily visible, approximately 101 of installed flooring.

Tips To Remember
- Regularly dust mop or vacuum to remove sand and dirt to avoid scratching
your floor.
- Do not saturate the floor with water. Wipe up excess water immediately
with a dry clean cloth.
- Place door mats at exterior entryways.
- Always use felt protectors under chairs, tables and heavy pieces of
furniture.
- Use caution when moving large appliances such as refrigerators and
stoves.
BHK Of America expressly excludes all other warranties, express or implied,
including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no
circumstances shall BHK Of Americabe liable for any loss or damage arising
from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special,
indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
In the event of a claim meeting the conditions of the BHK Flooring warranty,
BHK will repair or replace, at its option, the qualifying flooring material.
This warranty covers the replacement cost of the flooring material or
repair, and the reasonable labor costs to perform the replacement or repair.
These are the consumer's sole and exclusive remedies for claims under
this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights under
state law. Your rights and the limitations described above may vary from
state to state. It is important that you retain this warranty information.
Any claim made pursuant to this warranty, shall be made in writing, and
shall be forwarded within thirty (30) days following the date of discovery
or detection of the wear or stain to the following address:
